4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes to subscription plans will be communicated to you by email with reasonable notice before taking effect.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By providing your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount displayed at checkout.

5. Subscription Terms

If you purchase a subscription:

• Your subscription will begin on the date of purchase and will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly, bi-annual, or annual depending on the plan selected)
• You will be charged at the start of each billing period using the payment method provided at registration
• We will notify you by email of any changes to your subscription price before the change takes effect
• You must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until that date
• You can cancel at any time — there are no cancellation fees or penalties

6. Lifetime Access

If you purchase a lifetime access plan, payment is made once only. No recurring charges will be applied and no payment details will be stored beyond the initial transaction.

Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for any subsequent periods following cancellation.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instant-access nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made and access has been granted, except where required by applicable UK law.

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period for digital content. However, by completing your purchase and accessing the digital content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
