REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Books-Bundle.com and related Books Bundle checkout pages operated by:

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Our current Books Bundle packages combine digital products, licensing rights, a professionally built storefront, and managed website services.

2. Reseller Plan — $97 One-Time Payment

The Reseller Plan costs $97 as a one-time payment.

It includes access to the applicable digital-product collection, Reseller licensing rights, and your professionally built Books Bundle storefront.

Because the package includes digital products and licensing rights that may be made available immediately after payment, the $97 Reseller payment is non-refundable once access to the digital content or licence has been granted, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

The first month of Managed Store Hosting, Maintenance & Support is included with your purchase.

3. Agency White Label Plan — $197 One-Time Payment

The Agency White Label Plan costs $197 as a one-time payment.

It includes access to the applicable digital-product collection, Agency White Label licensing rights, and your professionally built Agency White Label storefront.

Because the package includes digital products and licensing rights that may be made available immediately after payment, the $197 Agency White Label payment is non-refundable once access to the digital content or licence has been granted, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

The first month of Managed Store Hosting, Maintenance & Support is included with your purchase.

4. Immediate Digital Delivery and Cancellation Rights

Where applicable under UK consumer law, customers purchasing digital content online may have a statutory cancellation period.

However, where you:

• expressly request or consent to the digital content being supplied immediately, and
• acknowledge that beginning immediate delivery may result in the loss of your statutory right to cancel,

5. If Digital Access Has Not Yet Been Granted

If you believe you have a statutory right to cancel and digital access has not yet been supplied, please contact us as soon as possible at: support@books-bundle.com

We will review your request according to the circumstances and applicable law.

6. Managed Store Hosting, Maintenance & Support — $9/Month (or $90/Year)

The first month of Managed Store Hosting, Maintenance & Support is included with your initial Reseller or Agency White Label purchase.

Beginning from month two, the service renews at $9 per month unless cancelled. Alternatively, you may choose an annual plan at $90/year, which saves you 2 months compared to the monthly rate.

The $9/month (or $90/year) service includes, subject to our service terms:

• store hosting
• routine technical maintenance
• backups
• security upkeep
• performance monitoring
• general technical support
• qualifying basic website edits

7. Cancelling the $9 Monthly Service

You may cancel the $9/month Managed Store Hosting, Maintenance & Support service at any time.

There are no cancellation penalties.

Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period.

You will continue receiving the service until the end of that period.

After the paid period ends, your Books Bundle storefront may be taken offline because active hosting and maintenance are no longer being provided.

Cancelling the monthly service does not refund or reverse your original $97 Reseller or $197 Agency White Label purchase.

8. Refunds of Monthly Payments

Monthly Managed Store Hosting, Maintenance & Support payments that have already been charged are generally non-refundable for the current billing period, except where required by applicable law or where we determine that a billing error occurred.

For example, if you cancel halfway through a paid month, your service will normally remain active until the end of that billing period, but a partial refund will not normally be issued.

9. Cancellation Does Not Remove Your Digital Licence

Cancelling your $9/month storefront service is separate from your one-time digital-product/licence purchase.

Your continuing rights to the digital products remain subject to the Reseller or Agency White Label licence applicable to your original purchase.

However, once the managed-store subscription ends, Books Bundle is no longer required to continue hosting, maintaining, or supporting your storefront.

10. Refund Exceptions

We will review refund requests where:

• you were charged more than once for the same transaction
• you were charged an incorrect amount
• we failed to provide access to the digital product you purchased because of a verified technical error on our side
• we are legally required to issue a refund
• another exceptional billing error has occurred

11. Store Setup and Refunds

Books Bundle normally aims to prepare your storefront within 24–48 hours after receiving all information required from you.

A delay caused by missing information from the customer, domain issues, payment-provider issues, custom requests, or another matter outside our reasonable control does not automatically create a right to a refund.

If we are unable to provide the standard storefront service due to a problem entirely within our control, we will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

12. Change of Mind

Because the $97 and $197 packages include digital products and licensing rights that may be delivered immediately, we do not provide refunds simply because:

• you changed your mind after receiving access
• you decided not to use the products
• you decided not to operate the business
• you did not market your store
• you did not generate sales
• you expected different business results

13. Third-Party Platforms and Payment Providers

We do not provide refunds solely because:

• Amazon, Etsy, eBay, or another marketplace rejects your product or account
• a third-party marketplace changes its policies
• Stripe, PayPal, or another payment provider rejects, limits, or suspends your account
• a third-party service is unavailable in your country

14. How to Request a Refund Review

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this policy or applicable law, please contact:

• your full name
• the email address used for your purchase
• your order or transaction reference
• the date of purchase
• the plan purchased
• the reason for your request
• any relevant supporting information

15. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method.

Once processed by us, it may take approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank, card provider, payment processor, and country.

Books Bundle does not control the processing times of banks or payment providers.

16. Chargebacks

If you have a billing or access issue, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

Submitting a chargeback does not override the terms of this Refund Policy or the applicable licence agreement.

We reserve the right to provide payment processors with relevant purchase, delivery, licence, account, communication, and service records when responding to a payment dispute.

17. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Any updated version will be published on Books-Bundle.com with a revised date.

Changes will not remove statutory rights that apply to purchases already made.
