2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing Books-Bundle.com, purchasing a Books Bundle package, using our digital products, using a Books Bundle storefront, or subscribing to our Managed Store Hosting, Maintenance & Support service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase or use our products or services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website with the applicable revision date.

Any material changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to purchase our business, reseller, white-label, or managed-store services.

By purchasing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to use the payment method supplied.

4. Our Products and Services

Books Bundle provides digital-product packages and related business-support services.

Depending on the plan purchased, your package may include:

• 500,000+ eBooks
• millions of additional digital products and resources
• Reseller or Agency White Label licensing rights
• access to applicable training and guidance
• a professionally built Books Bundle sales website/storefront
• configuration of your digital-product bundle for sale
• digital-product delivery infrastructure
• Managed Store Hosting, Maintenance & Support
• basic website edits
• technical support

5. Current Plans

Reseller Plan

The current promotional price for the Reseller Plan is:

$97 USD one-time

The Reseller Plan provides the applicable Reseller licence rights and a professionally built Reseller storefront.

Your first month of Managed Store Hosting, Maintenance & Support is included.

After the first month, the managed-store service renews at $9 USD per month unless cancelled. An annual option is also available at $90 USD per year, saving you 2 months.

Agency White Label Plan

The current promotional price for the Agency White Label Plan is:

$197 USD one-time

The Agency White Label Plan includes broader commercial and licensing rights as defined in the applicable Agency White Label licence, together with an Agency White Label storefront.

Your first month of Managed Store Hosting, Maintenance & Support is included.

After the first month, the managed-store service renews at $9 USD per month unless cancelled. An annual option is also available at $90 USD per year, saving you 2 months.

Pricing Changes

The $97 and $197 prices may be promotional prices and may be changed or withdrawn at any time for future purchases.

Any price displayed and accepted at checkout will apply to that purchase.

Where a recurring subscription price changes for an existing customer, reasonable notice will be provided as required by applicable law.

6. The Website / Storefront

A professionally built website/storefront is included as an integral part of both the Reseller and Agency White Label packages.

The standard storefront is provided through our managed platform.

The website is intended to provide you with your own sales platform for eligible digital products covered by your licence.

The standard storefront may include:

• your business/store name
• logo and branding details
• product-offer pages
• checkout functionality
• digital-product delivery setup
• mobile-responsive design
• basic sales-page structure
• standard legal/contact pages where applicable

7. Store Setup and Delivery Time

We normally aim to prepare standard storefronts within 24–48 hours after receiving all information required from you.

This is a target rather than an absolute guarantee.

Delivery may be delayed by circumstances including:

• missing customer information
• payment-processing issues
• domain issues
• unusual customization requests
• technical problems
• unusually high onboarding volumes
• circumstances beyond our reasonable control

8. Managed Store Hosting, Maintenance & Support

After the included first month, your storefront requires an active $9/month Managed Store Hosting, Maintenance & Support subscription to remain hosted and active on our managed platform.

The service may include:

• website hosting
• routine technical maintenance
• backups
• security upkeep
• performance monitoring
• general technical support
• qualifying basic edits
• maintaining the operational storefront

9. Basic Edits

The $9/month managed service includes reasonable basic edits.

Examples may include:

• changing your store name
• changing your logo
• changing contact details
• simple text changes
• simple price changes
• replacing basic images
• other minor updates

10. Optional Website Protection & Care

Additional website-management services may be available separately through our Website Protection & Care service or another quoted service.

Such services may include more extensive customization, product uploads, redesign work, new sections, ongoing content management, or other advanced website work.

These services are optional and are not included within the standard $9/month managed-store subscription unless explicitly stated.

11. Storefront Platform and Access

Books Bundle storefronts are provided through our managed website infrastructure.

Full unrestricted administrative access to the underlying platform is not automatically included.

We manage the technical infrastructure in order to provide hosting, maintenance, security, backups, performance management, and support.

Any access provided to customers is subject to the permissions and limitations we consider appropriate for the managed service.

The underlying platform, templates, systems, workflows, and proprietary website structures remain subject to Books Bundle's and/or the relevant platform provider's intellectual-property rights.

12. Cancellation of the $9 Monthly (or $90 Annual) Service

You may cancel your Managed Store Hosting, Maintenance & Support subscription at any time.

There is no cancellation penalty.

Cancellation will normally take effect at the end of your current paid billing period.

Your storefront will remain available until that period ends and may then be taken offline or suspended.

Customers should cancel before the next renewal date if they do not wish to be charged for another billing period.

13. What Happens When Store Hosting Is Cancelled

The $97 or $197 one-time package purchase and the $9 monthly (or $90 annual) recurring storefront service are separate components.

Cancelling the managed-store subscription means we no longer have an obligation to continue hosting, maintaining, supporting, or operating your storefront after the applicable paid period ends.

Your website may therefore be:

• taken offline
• suspended
• disconnected from our managed infrastructure

14. Failed Subscription Payments

If a recurring $9 monthly (or $90 annual) payment fails, we may:

• retry the payment
• contact you
• request an updated payment method
• temporarily suspend services
• take the storefront offline if payment remains outstanding

15. Digital-Product Access

Once your one-time purchase has been confirmed, access to the applicable digital-product package may be supplied electronically.

Digital-product access may be provided by:

• download link
• online library
• cloud-hosted resources
• another electronic delivery method

16. Cancellation Rights and Digital Content

Customers purchasing online may have statutory cancellation rights under applicable consumer law.

For digital content supplied immediately, UK law permits the 14-day cancellation right to be lost where the consumer:

• expressly requests or consents to immediate supply of the digital content, and
• expressly acknowledges that beginning supply means losing the applicable right to cancel.

17. Refunds for the $97 and $197 Packages

Because the Reseller and Agency White Label packages provide digital products, licensing rights, and electronically delivered resources, the $97 Reseller Plan and $197 Agency White Label Plan are non-refundable once digital access has been granted, except where applicable law gives you a right to a refund.

Before immediate digital access is supplied, you may be asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the effect this has on applicable cancellation rights.

We will review the request in accordance with applicable law.

18. Refunds of Monthly Store Fees

The $9 monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time for future billing.

Payments already charged for a current service period are generally not refundable merely because you cancel partway through that billing period, except where required by law or where we agree otherwise.

You normally retain service until the end of the paid billing period.

19. Reseller Licence Rights

Customers purchasing the Reseller Plan receive only the rights expressly stated in the applicable Reseller licence.

Subject to those licence terms, Reseller customers may be permitted to:

• sell eligible digital products
• sell qualifying product bundles
• determine their own selling prices
• use permitted sales channels
• retain revenue from their own sales

20. Agency White Label Rights

Agency White Label customers receive the broader rights expressly stated in the applicable Agency White Label licence.

These may include rights to offer qualifying reseller opportunities to third parties where expressly permitted.

The Agency White Label licence controls the exact scope of those rights.

Nothing on the website should be interpreted as granting rights beyond those expressly provided in the applicable licence.

21. Selling on Third-Party Platforms

Your Books Bundle storefront is intended to give you your own primary sales platform.

You may also use other permitted sales channels, including third-party marketplaces, where:

• your Books Bundle licence permits the use
• the third-party platform permits the product
• you comply with that platform's terms
• you comply with applicable laws

22. Customer Sales and Revenue

Books Bundle does not take a percentage of ordinary sales generated through your standard Books Bundle storefront unless specifically agreed otherwise.

You are responsible for:

• payment-processor fees
• refunds to your own customers
• taxes
• advertising costs
• business expenses
• chargebacks
• legal obligations relating to your customers

23. Payment Processing on Your Store

Your storefront may be configured to use third-party payment processors such as Stripe, PayPal, or other supported providers.

You may need to open and maintain your own account with such providers.

Books Bundle:

• does not control whether a payment provider accepts your application
• does not control their fees
• does not guarantee continued payment processing
• is not responsible for funds held or restricted by third-party payment companies

24. Earnings and Business Results

Books Bundle provides digital products, licensing rights, sales infrastructure, guidance, and support.

We do not guarantee:

• any amount of income
• any amount of profit
• any number of sales
• any level of traffic
• any return on investment
• passive income
• business success

25. Marketing Your Store

You are responsible for attracting customers to your business.

Books Bundle's standard package does not include paid advertising management, SEO, social-media management, or guaranteed customer acquisition unless expressly stated otherwise.

Additional marketing services may be available separately.

26. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for operating your business lawfully.

This includes responsibility for:

• marketing claims you make
• your advertising
• your sales prices
• refunds to your own customers
• your own privacy notices where required
• taxes
• business registrations
• marketplace compliance
• consumer-protection compliance
• local laws
• licensing use
• your own customer communications

27. Intellectual Property

The Books Bundle website, including its branding, layouts, text, graphics, templates, logos, systems, and proprietary content, is owned by or licensed to NASEROON LTD unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit our proprietary website content or templates except as expressly permitted.

Digital products supplied through Books Bundle remain subject to the specific licences attached to them.

Purchasing a Reseller or Agency White Label package does not necessarily transfer underlying copyright ownership.

28. Your Branding and Content

You confirm that you have the right to provide and use any logo, business name, photographs, text, trademarks, domain names, or other materials you supply to us.

You grant Books Bundle permission to use those materials as reasonably necessary to create, operate, host, maintain, and support your storefront.

You remain responsible for ensuring that your supplied materials do not infringe third-party rights.

29. Acceptable Use

You must not use Books Bundle products or services to:

• engage in unlawful activity
• distribute illegal content
• infringe intellectual-property rights
• commit fraud
• send unlawful spam
• introduce malware or harmful code
• attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• abuse our infrastructure
• falsely represent your rights under a Books Bundle licence
• engage in conduct that may materially damage Books Bundle or its infrastructure

30. Availability of the Service

We aim to provide reliable service, but internet-based services can occasionally experience:

• maintenance
• outages
• technical errors
• third-party failures
• network problems
• payment-provider issues
• events outside our reasonable control

31. Third-Party Services

Our services may rely on third parties, including:

• hosting infrastructure
• website platforms
• payment processors
• domain providers
• email providers
• CRM platforms
• automation providers
• analytics systems

32. Third-Party Links

Our websites may contain links to independent third-party websites or services.

Books Bundle is not responsible for:

• third-party content
• privacy practices
• terms
• security
• products
• representations

33. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, our products and services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that:

• every digital product will be suitable for every customer's purpose
• every third-party marketplace will accept the products
• your business will generate sales or profits
• every feature will operate without interruption
• every third-party system will remain available indefinitely

34. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited, including liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by negligence
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded

35. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to services where reasonably necessary, including where:

• required payments remain unpaid
• fraud is suspected
• the service is being used unlawfully
• licence terms are materially breached
• our infrastructure is being abused
• continued service creates material security or legal risk

36. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Where mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country apply, nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights you are legally entitled to.

Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable jurisdictional rules.

37. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

38. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court or authority to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remainder of these Terms will continue in force.
